Whether the Supreme Court of Ohio issued an order of permanent disbarment against Petitioner as a result. of reverse race discrimination against Caucasian attorneys, when compared with similarly situated African American attorneys, in violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. 2. Whether Petitioner was subjected to disparate treatment in violation of the United States © Constitution, by being disciplined more harshly in : the disciplinary process, when compared to the ; discipline given to similarly situated African American attorneys for similar or more egregious misconduct, in violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. . ii
