QUESTIONS PRESENTED BY PETITIONER FOR REVIEW (1) Whether the Connecticut Supreme Court erred in disregarding the equal protection principles applied in Bush v. Gore, 531 U.S. 98 (2000) and requiring proof of intentional misconduct to order a new election in a state legislative district, where 75 voters were denied their constitutional right to vote when they were given the wrong ballots in an election decided by 13 votes; (2) Whether the Connecticut Supreme Court erred in refusing to remedy an unconstitutional election in the 120th Assembly District in contravention of the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
