QUESTION PRESENTED Whether this Court’s decision in United Airlines, Inc. v. McDonald, 432 U.S. 385 (1977), which allowed unnamed putative class members to intervene for the purpose of appealing the denial of class certification following dismissal of the named plaintiff’s individual claims, remains good law following this Court’s decision in Microsoft Corp. v. Baker, 137 S. Ct. 1702 (2017).
