QUESTIONS PRESENTED 1. Are men in America becoming a discriminated class, and if not, are historically prejudiced fathers in domestic relations courts nevertheless entitled to protected status? 2.. Are legal residents entitled to genuine protection of their parental rights when state custody tactics alienate their children to gain federal revenues under 42 USC 658a(b)(4). 3. Is a civil rights attorney, unblemished for more than 23 years, entitled to whistleblower protection under the First and Fourteenth Amendments due to judicial retaliation? 4. Did respondents violate the due process rights of a) by assigning a city judge found guilty of racism, violent temperament and unlawful confinements to petitioner’s child support case for retaliatory incarceration purposes? b) by failing to prescribe a discovery process in violation of this Court’s objective bias rulings in Rippo v Baker, 580 US __ (2017) and Gibson v Berryhill, 411 US 564 (1973)? . 5. Did the New York Court of Appeals disregard systemic, longstanding, and objective bias along with its “Rule of Necessity” to foreclose petitioner’s access to this Court? 6. In light of the foregoing, should proceedings below be stayed to facilitate an alternate petition or conversion of this case to one under Rule 20 regarding extraordinary writs?
