QUESTION PRESENTED DATE: 11/20/2018 1. IS it illegal or wrongful for Community Mental Health to be holding Angel Bartlett in corrective programs even when there is no open probate to hold Angel? CMH sends Angel a bill or has some other reason to contact Angel to make her come in to deal with the problem that is NOT for mental health and they put her in Community Mental Health “CMH”. Then they do mind control and block out all wrong doing of the people who have been killing Angel. 18 US Code 241, 18 US Code1113, 18 US Code 1117, 18 USC Ch. 13: CIVIL RIGHTS 2. IS it illegal for CMH holds Angel in corrective programs as a sex offender when Angel was even celibate for 20 Months? Angel has not been a sex offender ever on record. But they continue to do the torture of the sex programs. 18 US Code 2340a. 3. Was it illegal or wrongful for the CMH programs to frame Angel causing her to get extreme false reports and false court intakes. 4. Was it illegal or wrongful for CMH to put Angel in mental confinement, try her for agitation and other mental illnesses when she went to get a bill dealt with? Angel did not do anything wrong but say she did not want to pay for copies that she sent them. WHO WOULD? Why would anyone want to pay 23 cents a page for a piece of paper of a copy they sent the person? Angel had requested a FOIA and they sent her the files she submitted to them. MORE than half of the information sent to Angel was all her information she wrote. This then got Angel put down her case for CPS was denied. They put a delusional order on Angel and did a separation order on Angel and a person they should not have. 5. Was it illegal or wrongful for CMH to place mental confinement on Angel so she could not reread her work she was doing in court? This then made Angel get almost killed. They broke into Angels files rewrote things and then Angel turned them in with out reading them. They had on files that Angel turned in that said she had someone poison her family and she never did. Was it wrongful or illegal to use religious discrimination and try to say Angel was possessed or had something around her so they had to do actions to her which then caused her to be hit with emissions? This is spiritual discrimination. This needs to be illegal. People can have spirits and whatever they want around them as long as they are not trying to kill people or sacrifice anything living. Angel would never do that and in fact Angel is a life saver she doesn’t like it when anything dies. If Angel had a demon, she would want to see everything die. Angel has NEVER wanted that EVER 7.
