Was it illegal or wrongful for Stephen Gorsalitz and the Kalamazoo Courts to frame, Set up and destroy Angel Bartlett when she first had her kids? 18 US Code 1117, 18 US Code 1113. Angel started having issues right after she went to the custody court hearing with Stephen Gorsalitz. Angel has not been her self since this time. Angel lost it after this hearing and she won the case. Angel believes they sent her to Allegan to then have them begin actions and then Allegan moved Angel back to Kalamazoo and did more actions on her then. 2. Was it or is it wrongful or illegal for Kalamazoo Probate or all courts to be placing Angel under for exploiting for Arthur Paynes defense? Angel believes they have been trying to set up Angel for sex offenses to make Angel look bad when in fact it was Payne and his family doing the actions. It is as if Dorphine Payne and Arthur Payne continue to use other people and false reports or actions that almost look as if Angel has done something wrong in a sex offense, so she can know how it feels because Arthur Payne left a voicemail on her phone saying to move someone’s hand because it was in front of the camera. Angel had thought it was child porn at first. because why else would the person not be able to move their own hand. This may have ruined all of Paynes reputation and in fact may have caused his music career destroying his dreams. SO, because of this voicemail that Payne left on Angels phone they have retaliated and did horrible hate crime actions to Angel and everyone she knows. They probably figured that as long as Angel was in this allegation it would make it look as if she was the bad person and also insane. This went on for many years since 2004. All the courts know or knew what was going on but they all covered Payne the entire time. They counter this with that Payne was defending Angel the entire time that everyone was setting up Angel and Arthur both. They. all defend and say Payne was also getting set up with all of her friends and it was Allegan County Angel Hopkins and many others from Allegan County and Van Buren County such as Angels brother in law Perry Blackman. Angel knows if Payne can bring her home it has to be her and the Kalamazoo Courts that have the power to ruin or restore Angels life. 8. Was it wrongful or illegal for Dorphine Payne to have her friends at the courthouse such as Lola Atkinson and people from all over come to the mental places such as Borgess hospital and Kalamazoo psychiatric hospital and do actions on Angel to destroy her case for appeal? 18 US Code 241, 18 US Code 1117. Angel was under the impression that Payne had to make Angel mentally ill in order to get her son an appeal to get out of prison. They put allegations on Arthur Payne and the information came from Angel Bartlett's memory so to delete the case for Arthur Angel had to be mentally ill or some other form of an appeal had to take place. Angel Hopkins also was a part of the prosecution for Arthur Payne. They kept saying it was all Angel, so they thought it was Angel Bartlett, but it was her friend the other Angel. If Payne can BRING Angel Bartlett all the way back to normal, then it is Payne that has been doing all these horrible actions to Angel with the Court house. BOTTOM LINE. SO, all the other problems areas are from the Kalamazoo Court house. THEY will put it on the Marine Corp who’ Angel was with because it was her family. They will put it on the Navy because the same reason. They will put it on Allegan Courts too which all of the above is true, but they did NOT want Angel to have these things done to her.
