Did the Eleventh Circuit Court err by denying jurisdiction over the Districts Court’s decision, where the appeal sought review of the District Court’s determination. In light of this Court’s precedents consistently rec’: ognizing that a decision should be determined and based on the best interest of the child standard. Were mine and my granddaughters 1st, 6th and 14th amendments rights violated during this adoption proceeding and unnecessarily separated/isolated from family bonds? 2.
