This petition concerns County of Douglas Missouri: Assessors’ Assessments for Ad Valorem Tax (Real Property / Real Estate Tax — a ‘Uniform’ Excise : Tax) where with Douglas County Assessor admitting ‘Security Instrument[s]’ do not exist, has continued annual assessments since purchase in year 1998, absent Demanded evidence of Jurisdiction over Appellant, his property or subject matter regarding Appellants property, a non-waivable defect.
