QUESTIONS PRESENTED FOR REVIEW ; In Strickland v. Washington, 466 US. 668, 80 l.ed.2d 674, 104 S.Ct. 2052 (1984) this court explained the standard of review for an ineffective assistance of counsel allegations. The court extended the right to counsel to all "critical stages of the criminal proceedings" in Montejo v. Louisiana, 556 us 778, at 786 (2009). In light : of the facts of this case, should a writ of certiorari be granted to address the shortcomings of counsel in light of Strickland and Montejo. ' . Does this court’s decision in Arizona v.
