Should courts be required to uphold laws that protect underprivileged, federally protected classes?
QUESTION(S) PRESENTED 1. Should the courts be required to uphold laws that are created, by Congress, to specifically protect the rights of underprivileged, federally protected, classes of citizens? 2. Should the courts be required, if properly petitioned, to prevent one class of citizens from breaking those laws, with the intent to cause harm to the underprivileged class? 3. If such laws are violated, during the proceedings of that court, to the extent that it causes, (or has the potential to cause) irreparable harm to the underprivileged class, should that court be required to hold the other party accountable? 4. Should a court be allowed to deny an Indigent party, equal access to due process of the law, simply because they are proceeding In Forma Pauperis? YP CY ein be
