Regarding : Documents such as: (1a) Construction Notice of pending action (Lis Penden) pursuant to 28 USCS §1964 ‘ (1b) Mechanic liens: 26 USC§ 6323 Question #2 _ Do Homestead exemptions for (real property) different to from other types of Homestead and processes: (like Declarations of Homesteads, Bankruptcy Chapter7 & 11 ' and Probate codes and statue) against force sell of real property?
