(2) Is this Court’s holding in Sandin v Conner applicable in matters where the appellant has . raised a “property interest,.and not a “liberty interest?” (3) Does this Court’s holding in Sandin v Conner declare a statutory law, as it pertains to the handling of judicial appeal disciplinary hearings, unconstitutional? (4) Did the drafters of the United States Constitution and/or this Court place a monetary amount on the due process clause protections of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution? (5) Does the “protected property” clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution apply to the money in a inmate’s prison account?
