QUESTION PRESENTED Whether a court’s exercise of specific personal jurisdiction over a nonresident liability insurer violates the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment when the insurer’s only alleged contact with the forum state is a putative insured’s involvement in a motor vehicle accident in the forum. ii PARTIES Petitioner Key Insurance Company was the relator in the proceeding in prohibition below in the Missouri Supreme Court and is a defendant in the trial court.
