QUESTION PRESENTED FOR REVIEW Issue 1: Whether the appellate court erred in not finding that the district court abused its discretion by denying Petitioner’s motion to withdraw his guilty plea made prior to sentencing based upon an incomplete understanding of the sentencing guidelines, failure to retain a forensic computer expert and a change in the sentencing guidelines.
