QUESTION(S) PRESENTED The U.S. supreme court and every court in the U.S., duties is to uphold the U.S. constitution, title IV-D agency violated my civil rights, inalienable rights, inherited rights, human rights, God given rights as a man etc. These rights are protected by the supreme law of the land, justice shall be served and no one is above the law.
