WV Department of health and human resources receives child support by receiving the child’s SSD based on the parents social security disability. In addition to that, The DHHR has : attached the social security disability the parents receive through the bureau of child support enforcement. 3.Can the guardian ad litem be held liable for damage caused by her having no hearing on child support. And without notice to parents? See. WV code 48-13-101.and WW Rule 16a of chapter 49? , 4.Can the parents be denied a copy of the termination order by the state court?, due to the fact that the court said we had no rights . 5.Can child protective services keep a child in their custody and away from parents while they investigate without telling parents what they are investigating? 6.
