WV Department of health and human resources receives child support by receiving the child’s SSD based on the parents social security disability. In addition to that, The DHHR has : attached the social security disability the parents receive through the bureau of child support enforcement. 3.Can the guardian ad litem be held liable for damage caused by her having no hearing on child support.
