Civ-19-302-JHP-SPS Counsel in the present case, after the defendants showed retaliatory action to court Bounds v Smith guarantees retaliation would be a First Amendment Violation based on plaintiff Complaint at present conditions of confinement especially when any misconduct threaten plaintiff right to counsel in order to present his case or he would be without any means to provide any support case law, and investigate the crucial facts plaintiff right to represent in accordance established in Bounds v Smith
