ISSUES PRESENTED FOR REVIEW 1. Whether Almonte’s sentence was procedurally unreasonable because the district court failed to determine whether she obstructed justice under Guideline §3C1.1? 2. Whether there was insufficient evidence that Almonte had a reasonable opportunity to observe whether JF was under 14 years of age, and therefore her conviction for Count II should be reversed? 3.
