QUESTIONS PRESENTED 1. Are State Supreme Courts required to adhere to the standards of self-contained statues governing Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries within their respective jurisdictions, more specifically in this matter, the Pennsylvania Statutes announced in Title 20 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes (“C.S.A.”) §3323. “Compromise of Controversies” and §3332 “Inherent Powers and Duties” when determining matters related to a Wrongful Death Claim? 2. Are State Supreme Courts required to adhere to the standards of self-contained wrongful death statues enacted within their respective jurisdictions, more specifically in this matter the Pennsylvania Wrongful Death Act announced in Title 42 Pa. C.S.A. §8301? 3.
