Question Presented is an important one in the evolution by statutes and United States Constitution, 1st;5th;14th Amendments,the Bill OF RIGHTS in the Texas 1,§$17;19.The primary contentions is now before this court is that the U.S.Magistrate judge IRMA CARRILLO RAMIREZ,U.S. District judge SAM R.
