Rights under Federal Law, denied Petitioner "Fair and Impartial Trial" under Federal Constitutional Rights. 2) Whether State prove or has failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the individual who committed the CTA Skokie battery who is depicted in the video is the Petitioner. ; 3) Whether the decision of the state court that decided Petitioner’s case is existence of a conflict between decisions of another state court decision of which review is sought, the importance of the case not only to petitioner but to others similarly situated wrongful convictions.
