QUESTIONS PRESENTED FOR REVIEW IL Did the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit err when it held that the district court’s failure to instruct the jury on the elements of the underlying crime did not necessitate a new trial where omitted elements implicated the Petitioner’s trial defense that he did not agree to or take part in that underlying crime? Petitioner Joshua Edwards respectfully requests that this Court issue a writ of certiorari to review the decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. 1
