Whether the Executive Committee's Order entered against the Petitioner is legal

QUESTION PRESENTED The questions presented are: 1) whether the Executive Committee’s Order entered against the Petitioner on August 13, 2020 is legal; 2) whether the individual Respondents who are also Federal Judges can harass and retaliate against the Petitioner with prejudice towards Petitioner’s race, religion, color, ethnicity, citizenship, disabilities etc. PARTIES TO PROCEEDING Petitioner (Respondent in the Executive Committee’s ‘ Order and Mandamus Petitioner in this court) is : Abdul Mohammed.
