QUESTION PRESENTED The Michigan Supreme Court issued an order against the Petitioner on October 5,2020 in an uncontested case that resulted in the total deprivation of any ability for the Petitioner to litigate . any existing or future matter in the Michigan Supreme Court. The questions presented are: I.
