A video played to the jury showing Mr. Howard resisting arrest and then fleeing from an officer on April 4, 2018. 4, Whether the District Court erred in ruling Mr. Howard’s 1992 Wisconsin conviction for Armed Robbery was a predicate offense under the Armed Career Criminal Act. i
