Must a court overlook evidence of past disciplinary action in another state, against a podiatrist who made a poor medical decision (or decisions ). 3. Did the lower court abuse it’s discretion in not allowing a plaintiff additional time to obtain, and file, a signed Affidavit of Merit and a Notice of Intent when she made a point of offering ° same. 4. Did the lower court abuse it’s discretion in not allowing the entry of pertinent medical records, which clearly demonstrate medical malpractice, and certainly fulfills the requirement of the Affidavit of Merit. |
