Whether the waiver in the Plea Agreement bars Petitioner from challenging the Court’s Jurisdiction to convict and sentence him for violation of 18 U.S.C. 18 U.S.C. § 1956 (h) where the State is precluded by Federal law and the United States Constitution from hailing Petitioner . into court on this charge. 3. Whether the waiver in the Plea Agreement bars Petitioner’s Challenge to a VOID Judgment where the court exceeded its statutory authority and on a charge the State cannot constitutionally prosecute.
