Whether the district court erred in denying Junkins’ Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Evidence for the evidence discovered in Mr. Junkins’ vehicle after an illegal search conducted on November 20, 2018 and which led to the charges contained in Counts One, Two and Three of the Indictment. 2. Whether the district court erred in denying Junkins’ Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Evidence for the evidence discovered in Mr. Junkins’ vehicle after an illegal search conducted on August 1, 2017 and which led to the charges contained in Counts Four and Five of the Indictment. 3.
