If the Circuit Court's are only now determining . misidentification is one of the single greatest source of wrongful convictions in the United States why wouldn’t the District Courts take more precautions in their decision to look at the credibility of the State’s views to people on drugs more credibility especially, when they are actually trying to get out of confinement settings? 3.
