Did the Supreme Court of California error in failing to note that the Respondent's IMDb.com i.e., Internet Movie Data Base had an EDIT System providing for the deletion and/or correction of wrongful and damaging information matevolently placed with the listing of a movie in IMDb.com negating the application of the Freedom of Speech allowance through the anti-SLAPP Law allowing Respondent to post any information desired?
QUESTIONS PRESENTED 1. Did the Supreme Court of California error in failing to note that the Respondent's IMDb.com i.e., Internet Movie Data Base had an EDIT System providing for the deletion and/or correction of wrongful and damaging information matevolently placed with the listing of a movie in IMDb.com negating the application of the Freedom of Speech allowance through the anti-SLAPP Law allowing Respondent to post any information desired? : 2. Did the Supreme Court of California Justices fail to note that Petitioner had included within his pleadings that the IMDb.com EDIT System allowed for the deletion of the wrongful and damaging information attached to the listing of Petitioners movie “Warrior” and IMDb.com finally succumbed and responded to Petitioner’s EDIT requests on or about January 3, 2021 for the removal of such wroneful and damaging information and that upon the discovery of such deletion by Respondent's Counsel Moez Kabas just three months later i.@., on or about March 26, 2021, Counsel Moez Kaba instructed IMDb.com to reinstate the deletion of the wrongful and damaging information? 3. Did the Supreme Court of California fail to respond positively to Petitioner’s Petition for Review in which Petitioner pointed out that Respondent reinstated the wrongful and damaging information attached to Petitioner's listing of his movie “Warrior” in Respondent’s {MDb.com and award to Respondent the amount of at least Five Hundred Million Dollars ($500,000,000) requested in the Prayer of Respondent's Complaint. IMDB.COM, INC’s IMDb.com failure and refusal to respond to Petitioner's EDIT requests of IMDb.com over a period of at least two years to delete the wrongful and damaging information (which in no shape or form could be deemed to be “Freedom of Speech”) prevented Petitioner from enlisting a Film Distributor for the distribution of his feature film “Warrior” to Theater Chains, television channels, digital! platforms and retailers (for the sale of DVDs of the film) throughout the World?
