A violation of Petitioner's 5t, 6%, and 14th Amendment rights to present an effective | defense in regard to suppresses evidence of an email showing the deceased's state of mind on and around the time of attacking the Petitioner. . IV. A 4 and 14 Amendment vivlation in regard to Petitioner being unlawfully . : detained in custody away from his residence while a search warrant was sought and his residence searched. V.
