Whether the state Court superseded its authority, jurisdiction, and violated the U.S. Constitution, the state Constitution, legislated law, and its own rules by usurping and ordering-away Petitioners’ Constitutional Right to due process? 2. Will the U.S. Supreme Court compel the state Court to restore Petitioner’s rights by vacating, rescinding and nullifying the May 27, 2021 Order and or any other order that infringes on Petitioner’s rights and direct the state Court to expedite conducting a child support hearing?
