QUESTION(S) PRESENTED Kalavahi Shunmugam, the Petitioner, request this Petition for Writ of Certiorari be granted because the personnel action violated her constitutional right to due process, as well as the Trial court Judge failed to analyze the truths before entering judgement and refused to give a chance to the Petitioner to prove the facts. The following questions indicate the fraud and palpable action of the City of Bethlehem and Redevelopment Authority and racism imposed on an Indian single mom since 2009 and the trial court failed to review: 1. Why did the City of Bethlehem and Redevelopment Authority failed to follow the language of the Fifth Amendment's Takings Clause, which provides that "private property [shall not] be taken for public use and Compensate the property owner with fair market value of the property and why it was not reviewed by Trail court or courts of Appeal. 2. Why did the ‘so called’ blighted list was not provided to Petitioner in 2017? 3. Are the blighted list items provided to the Petitioner in 2019, created in 2017 existed at the time of filing Eminent Domain case in 2021, which the Respondent claims as merit to file the Eminent Domain case? 4. Why did the Respondent enter into an agreement in Aug 2021 and breached the agreement? Is it to divert the Petitioner from filing preliminary objection? 5. Is it not a violation of court not filing the agreement entered between the parties in the court when a case is active in the court and breaching the agreement and i 7 fraudulently filing “Petition to pay estimated just compensation” and “Petition for writ of possession”? 6. Why is the Petitioner’s conversation with the judge on October 27th, 2021, is missing in the Court transcript. i ;
