Question Presented (AI Summary)

Whether the government's warrantless seizure and search of a person's cell phone data violates the Fourth Amendment's protection against unreasonable searches and seizures

Question Presented (OCR Extract)

No question identified. : JURISDICTION Petitioner believes the Supreme Court has jurisdiction of this matter due to the fact that both the District Court for the Western District of Kentucky has failed to respond to the Petitioners filings pursuing appeals of oo his habeaus corpus filing pursuant to 28 USC §2255, and the Sixth Circuit . Court of Appeals has failed to rule on Petitioners motion to reconsider dismissal of his appeal for ‘lack of prosecution’. These actions in addition to the various attempts by the Petitioner to pursue his legally guaranteed Rights under the Constitution leave no choice but to have the Supreme Court address these issues as the Court of last resort. 7
