QUESTIONS PRESENTED FOR REVIEW 1. Whether the U.S. Constitution requires a jury trial and proof beyond a reasonable doubt to find that a defendant’s prior convictions were “committed on occasions different from one another,” to impose an enhanced sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act, 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(1). 2. Whether, in light of the multifactor test required by Wooden v. United States, 595 U.S. 360 (2022), a court may properly conduct an occasionsclause analysis based solely on information found in the arrest reports from the defendant’s prior convictions when there was no admissible evidence in the record from which a jury would have been able to decide the question below. ii
