Kelley requested a jury trial under her rights to be heard, as a matter of law, which a motion to Intervene and motion for Ex-Parte attachment was granted that deprived Karyn M. Kelley of property in the amount of $46,000.00 without hearing, trial or the requirement for Due Process under the rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution.
