By unlawfully tracking Mr. Maddox’s whereabouts and not providing documentation to the parole Commission or to Maddox for doing so. iii. Did De’Angelo Patterson knowingly violate Maddox ‘s 4t and 14‘ constitutional right of privacy and right of due process when he unlawfully placed the GPS tracking device on Maddox without permission from the ; parole commission? iv.
