Can the jurisdiction of the lower courts dismiss the responsibilities of the oath taken. by the lower courts? Follow-Up Question: Can the lower courts, which may have conflicts of interest by the judges involved, dismiss and or deny, the right to a jury trial for the individual that is guaranteed property ownership rights? 3. Does the Constitution provide protected property rights for an individual to have ownership and that no intergovernmental, state, and or federal government can fraudulent take possession thereof the individual’s protected property ownership? 4, What protective property ownership measures are outlined within the Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence? 5.
