No question identified. : Case No. [ ] STATEMENT OF APPLICATION Pro Se Petitioner, Gina Russomanno, makes this Application to the United States Supreme Court in request to ‘extend the time for filing papers’ for plaintiff's Application to Individual Justices, and simultaneous Petition for Writ of Certiorari, upon, Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Case No. [23-8013]. This request is due to the Corporate Name Change for Primary Defendant, Sunovion Pharmaceuticals; now named by parent corporation, Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. The District Court of New Jersey, where this court of appeals case originates (under the DCNJ Case No. [3:19-cv05945]), is currently in receipt of plaintiffs motion to ‘amend the caption case title’ of Case No. [3:19-cv-05945] by changing the case name to, instead: “[Gina Russomanno v. Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. for its affiliate, Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Ince.].” As such, petitioner, Gina Russomanno, is requesting a 60-day extension of time to file papers so to give the a Case No. [ i} DCN time to decision on plaintiffs “motion to amend caption case title” for Case No. [3:19-cv-05945]. The extension of time will allow the pending case actions to appropriately continue under proper Defendantnamed corporation. The ORDERS of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals are included, herein. Third Circuit Court of Appeals ORDER denying plaintiff en banc and panel rehearing, on 6/8/2023; and ORDER denying plaintiff Stay to suspend judgment action, on 7/25/2023; Case No. [28-8013], [Dkts. 10, 11]. Plaintiff requests a 60-day extension of time from September 8, 2023, (usual deadline extending from the June 8, 2023, ORDER) to November 8, 2023, a 60-day extension. Plaintiff includes Defendant attorney testimony to Defendant name change, via the attorney’s, “Notice of Appearance” for new action [3:23-cv-03684], in the DCNJ vs. this same Defendant.
