Technicians are supposed to fix the problem on August 14, 2023. 3. Prall was unable to research the legal issues and legibly meet the August 25, 2023 deadline. He has bad handwriting. If Prall does not access the Law Library where he can type, his submissions are difficult, indeed, almost impossible to read.
