The basis for this Court’s jurisdiction will be 28 U.S.C. § 1259. 2. Applicant has engaged Counsel of Record, Scott E. Gant of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, who was not involved in the proceedings below. The requested extension is necessary for Mr. Gant to review the record and prior proceedings in this case, and prepare and file a petition for certiorari that best presents the arguments for this Court’s review, while Mr. Gant also attends to other matters before this Court and other tribunals.
