No question identified. : 4. Appellant’s brief is currently due on September 21, 2023. 5. Appellant has not filed a petition in the US Supreme Court before. Appellate is a Solo Practitioner with a trial and office caseload and needs additional time to complete researching the issues on the matter to be presented to the court and locate an entity to print the booklets as required by this court. 6. Appellate filed this motion to extend time as soon as she became aware of the need for additional time and before the deadline. B. ARGUMENT 7. The Court may grant a request to extend time for good cause. Supreme Court Rule 13 (5). Under Rule 13(5) “the clerk is authorized to enter orders granting a first extension of time, provided it encompasses a period not to exceed sixty (60) days.” 8. Appellant requests an extension of time to File a Writ of Certiorari which requires additional research and binding by Appellant. 9. This request for extension is filed on the behalf of Dora L. Bonner, only. 10. Appellant asks the court to extend the deadline until November 1, 2023. 11. Appellant’s request to extend time is for good cause and is not intended to delay these proceedings. 12.
