Question Presented (OCR Extract)

No question identified. : To the Honorable Annette Ziegler, as Chief Justice for the Wisconsin Supreme Court OR any United States Justice able to grant this relief: Pursuant to this Court's Rules 13.5, 22, 30.2, and 30.3, Petitioner RYAN THORNTON respectfully requests that the time to file his Petition for Writ of Certiorari in this matter be extended for 60 days up to and including January 15, 2024. The Wisconsin Supreme Court denied RYAN THORNTON’s Petition For Review (App3-25) on August 17, 2023 (App109). Absent an extension of time, the Petition for Writ of Certiorari would be due on November 15, 2023. The Petitioner is filing this Application more than ten days before that date. See 8. Ct. R. 13.5. This Court would have jurisdiction over the judgment under 28 U.S.C. 1254(1).
