No question identified. : On September 12, 2023 the Court docketed each Petition for a Writ of Certiorari and called for a response to both on October 12, 2023. Respondents plan to submit one consolidated brief in opposition to the two petitions for certiorari. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 22 and 33.1(d), Respondents request an expansion of the 9,000 word limit to 13,500 words for their consolidated brief. Counsel for Danco Laboratories consent to the requested expansion of word limit and counsel for U.S. Food and Drug Administration indicated they do not oppose the request.
