No question identified. : APPLICATION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME WITHIN TO FILE A PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE SIXTH CIRCUIT NOW COMES the Petitioner, In Pro Per and for this Application to Extend The Time To File The Petition For Writ Of Certiorari state as follows: 1. That the Petition For Writ Of Certiorari is due October 12, 2023. 2. That the Petition For Writ Of Certiorari was scheduled to be timely filed on October 12, 2023. 3. That because of serious personal matters the Petitioner is unable to file the Petition for Writ of Certiorari on or before October 12, 2023. Thus, the Petitioner is requesting an extension of 60 days to December 11, 2023, to file her Petition for Writ of Certiorari. 4. That this is the Petitioner’s first request for an extension of the time to file the Petition For Writ Of Certiorari pursuant to Rules 13.5 and 30.2 of this Court. 5.
