No question identified. : The petitioner respectfully makes this motion for enlargement of time to comply with the October 10, 2023, order denying IFP filing of petition for a writ of certiorari and requests that all time limits be held in abeyance. Motion for reconsideration of that order is timely filed herein. If the motion for reconsideration is denied, the petitioner respectfully requests a sixty (60) day extension from date of resolution of the motion for reconsideration to comply.
