Ford, Pro se, hereby presents a request for this Honorable Court's consideration. l humbly requests a 30-Day Extension to file a Motion for Certiorari with the Supreme Court. The Petitioner's Motion for Certificate of Appealability was denied by the Ninth Circuit on August 7th, 2023. Starting the 90-Day Certiorari file time. The Petitioner was transported by the U.S. Marshal Service on August 16, 2023 to another correctional facility. The Petitioner was in transport for twenty-three days, arriving on September 8th, 2023, wherein he awaited his property with regards to his legal files specific to his Certiorari Application. This delay in transport hampered Petitioner's 90-Day prescribed limit to file his Certiorari. This Honorable Court has the authority to grant this Motion pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 13.5. (See
