I am respectfully requesting an extention of time to file my Writ of Certiorari. The 5th Circuit filed thier opinion and. «=. Denial of COA on September 27th,2023. I submitted a response (ob-+ jections) to thier Denial. Now I am awaiting on a rebutial to ° said response. Under Supreme Court Rule 13.2 in keeping with due dilligence I am awaitng a response from the 5th Circuit,but I must serve Notice of with the Court. As I am incarcera+ ted and only have limited time within the TDCJ Unit Law Library (10 to 15 hours per week Monday-Friday) and only able to use the US Postal Service to communicate with the Courts, which can take upwards of 10 days in one direction. : Please Grant me an Extention of time to await a response from the 5th Circuit and to compile my notes into a (very) short : grounds for the petition of Certiorary.
