Jurisdiction The opinion of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals affirming the Petitioner’s conviction and sentence was entered on September 5, 2023. Unless extended, the time within which to file a petition for a writ of certiorari would expire on December 4, 2023. The jurisdiction of this Court is invoked under 28 U.S.C. § 1254(1).
