ON August 14, 2023, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 13.5, proceeding without Court representation in this Petition for Writ of Certiorari, Petitioner Henry Gossage respectfully requested a 60-day extension of time, to and including Monday, November 26, 2023, within which to file a petition for a writ of certiorari. Motion for Extension of Time was timely sent USPS (see Priority mail and received by the Court on August 17, 2023. The extension of time was timely filed within 10 days, Rule 30. On August 18, 2023, the letter from the Supreme Court Clerk (Clayton Higgens) returned Henry Gossage’s Motion for Extension of Time by regular mail and was received 7-9 days after mailing by the Court. The Court stated a deficiency and correction for the motion and resubmission. Henry Gossage made the corrections and resubmitted the corrected application for extension of time on August 28, 2023, (USPS Tracking and was received by the Court on August 30, 2023.
